Eligibility window
If you’re not completely happy with your Bluvora purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during a promotion.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, uninflated (where applicable), and in new, resellable condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and free gifts must be included.

Items showing signs of use, damage, misuse, or modification may not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to you at your expense.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as mouth-used accessories or personal protective equipment) may be final sale and not returnable; this will be clearly noted on the product page.
How to start a return

Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.

We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization or label.

Pack your item securely and ship it back within the specified time frame after approval.
Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping costs

If you’re returning an item due to change of mind, wrong size, or similar reasons, you are typically responsible for return shipping costs.

If we made an error (wrong item, missing item) or the product arrived defective out of the box, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as per our instructions.
Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether it has been approved.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment (or as store credit, where chosen) within a reasonable processing time.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different model, size, or color, we may:

Process a straight exchange (where available), or

Ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Defective or warranty issues
If you believe your Bluvora product has a manufacturing defect:

Stop using the product and contact us with your order number, photos, and description of the issue.

We will review your claim under our warranty terms and may repair, replace, or credit the item at our discretion.
